Remember a deceased loved one or recognize a birthday, anniversary, or accomplishment through a memorial or tribute donation. Each recipient will receive a special card from the MDS Foundation notifying them of your donation, and the amount of the donation will be kept confidential. Additionally, all tribute donations are published annually in the summer issue of the Journal of the Massachusetts Dental Society.
