The MDS Foundation is the heart of charitable giving through our Society. It is through the generous support and volunteerism of our members and donors that our Foundation is able to live its mission and sustain its dedication of directing our charitable resources to improve the oral health of Massachusetts residents.
Since 2010, the MDS Foundation has focused its grant-making efforts on funding programs and projects conducted by nonprofit organizations across the state whose purpose is increasing access to oral health care for underserved populations. To date, the MDS Foundation has awarded more than $850,000 in grants to more than 50 oral health programs and organizations, providing sustainable oral care for more than 7,000 individuals.

Each year, the Foundation awards grants to deserving organizations and projects, but we cannot do it without your help. The generosity of our donors is vital to the continued success of the MDS Foundation in working toward improving the oral health of Massachusetts residents.
Remember a deceased loved one or recognize a birthday, anniversary, or accomplishment through a tribute donation. Each recipient will receive a special card from the Foundation notifying them of your donation, and the amount of the donation will be kept confidential. Additionally, all tribute donations are published annually in the summer issue of the Journal of the Massachusetts Dental Society.
